Doctorate in Counseling Psychology: Texas Tech University
Licensure: Licensed Psychologist (Health Service Provider) in North Carolina and Georgia

Several years working with undergraduate and graduate students in higher education settings
Experience in community mental health, hospital/cancer centers, and adult probation
My Approach to Therapy
I believe in treating each client as a holistic individual, recognizing the unique intersection of identities they bring to the therapy space. My approach is individualized, utilizing primarily Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Process Therapy (IPT), with a strong emphasis on multiculturalism. I consider the therapeutic relationship a cornerstone of effective therapy and strive to build a strong working alliance with each client.
